Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 4(1)(d) and subsection 4(3) of the Historic Sites and Monuments Act, hereby appoints Harold D. Kalman of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada, as a representative of the province of British Columbia to hold office during pleasure for a period of five years, effective May 19, 2008.  

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’alinéa 4(1)d) et du paragraphe 4(3) de la Loi sur les lieux et monuments historiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Harold D. Kalman, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), commissaire de la Commission des lieux et monuments historiques du Canada en sa qualité de représentant de la province de la Colombie-Britannique à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 19 mai 2008.
