Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart the lands described in the annexed schedule, for the use and benefit of the Lennox Island First Nation, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as Lennox Island Reserve No. 5 in the Province of Prince Edward Island.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation Lennox Island, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci‑jointe, pour constituer la réserve Lennox Island n^o 5, dans la province de l’Île‑du‑Prince‑Édouard.
