Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, to amend the Ground Lease with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority containing provisions substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the attached Schedules A and B in order to implement the government of Canada airport rent policy.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, à modifier le bail foncier avec le Greater Toronto Airports Authority, conformément aux modalités qui figurent aux annexes A et B ci-jointes, afin de mettre en oeuvre la politique du gouvernement du Canada sur les loyers des aéroports.
