Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(1) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby approves the amendments to the By-Law No. 1 of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council as set out in the attached schedule.
