Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 20 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, enter into arrangements entitled “Agreement Respecting Biology Casework Analysis” with the Governments of the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec, respectively, substantially in accordance with the annexed arrangements, to share the costs of biology casework analysis.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l’article 20 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée que le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile conclue, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, des arrangements intitulés _ Accord concernant les analyses biologiques _ avec les gouvernements des provinces de l’Ontario et de Québec, respectivement, conformes en substance aux accords ci-joints, pour partager les coûts des analyses biologiques.
