Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, thinking it necessary, hereby advises, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 19(2) of the Tax Court of Canada Act, that Commissions do issue under the Great Seal of Canada empowering each of the persons whose name is set out in the annexed schedule to administer oaths and to take and receive affidavits, declarations and solemn affirmations in or outside Canada in or concerning any proceeding had or to be had in the Tax Court of Canada.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, le jugeant nécessaire, recommande que des commissions sous le grand sceau du Canada soient délivrées  habilitant chacune des personnes dont le nom figure à l’annexe ci-jointe à recevoir, au Canada ou à l’étranger, les serments, affidavits, affirmations solennelles, ou autres déclarations, relatifs à une procédure engagée ou à engager devant la Cour canadienne de l’impôt.
