Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Kawacatoose Band Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement, dated October 20, 2000, hereby sets apart, for the use and benefit of the Kawacatoose First Nation as an addition to Kawacatoose First Nation Indian Reserve No. 88 in the Province of Saskatchewan, the lands described in the annexed schedule, consisting of 257.99 hectares (637.51 acres) of surface lands and

259 hectares (640 acres) of mines and minerals.

20 octobre 2000, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l_usage et au profit de la Première nation Kawacatoose, à titre d_ajout à la réserve indienne Kawacatoose First Nation n^o 88 dans la province de la Saskatchewan, les terres délimitées à l_annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 257,99 hectares (637,51 acres) en surface et de 259 hectares (640 acres) en mines et minéraux.
