   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 19 of An Act to amend the First Nations Land Management Act, assented to on June 22, 2007, being chapter 17 of the Statutes of Canada, 2007, hereby fixes February 1, 2008 as the day on which that Act comes into force.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 19 de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur la gestion des terres des premières nations, sanctionnée le 22 juin 2007, chapitre 17 des Lois du Canada (2007), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er février 2008 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi.
