Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 12(2) and section 164 of the Customs Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Reporting of Imported Goods Regulations.
