Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 48.1, 48.2 and 48.6 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, hereby appoints Réjean Bélanger of Bowman, Quebec, to be a part‑time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.  

     

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et 48.6 de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Réjean Bélanger, de Bowman (Québec), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
