Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, pursuant to section 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act,  and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, 2005, hereby appoints Micheline Dubé of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and other terms and conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, effective March 31, 2008. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général de 1995 sur les sociétés d’État, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Micheline Dubé, d’Ottawa (Ontario), premier dirigeant de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 31 mars 2008.
