                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister to bring into force, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Agreement on Air Transport Preclearance between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America, done at Toronto on January 18, 2001.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à faire entrer en vigueur, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique relatif au précontrôle dans le domaine du transport aérien, fait à Toronto le 18 janvier 2001.
