Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Cape Breton Development Corporation Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Natural Resources of Douglas I. Milburn of Sydney, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Cape Breton Development Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 4(2) de la Loi sur la Société de développement du Cap-Breton, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Ressources naturelles de Douglas I. Milburn, de Sydney (Nouvelle‑Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Société de développement du Cap-Breton, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans.
