Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints to the position of special adviser to the Minister of Finance, the Honourable Lorne O. Clarke of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as Chairperson of the Panel on Crown Share Adjustment Payments, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem rate is within the range ($1,200 – $1,400).

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme au poste de conseiller spécial du ministre des Finances, l’honorable Lorne O. Clarke, de Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), à titre de président du Groupe d’experts sur le règlement de la question sur la part de la Couronne, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, dont le taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (1 200 $ – 1 400 $).
