                   Whereas subsection 10(2) of the Statutory Instruments Act provides that the Governor in Council may determine the form and manner in which the Canada Gazette, or any part of it, is published, including publication by electronic means;

                   And whereas the Government of Canada wishes to facilitate access to the Canada Gazette by publishing it in both print and electronic forms;

                   Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 10(2) of the Statutory Instruments Act, hereby makes the annexed Canada Gazette Publication Order.

                   Attendu que le paragraphe 10(2) de la Loi sur les textes réglementaires prévoit que le gouverneur en conseil peut fixer les modalités de publication — notamment la publication sur support électronique — de tout ou partie de la Gazette du Canada;

                   Attendu que le gouvernement du Canada souhaite faciliter l’accès à la Gazette du Canada en la publiant sur supports papier et électronique,

                   À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 10(2) de la Loi sur les textes réglementaires, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret sur la publication de la Gazette du Canada, ci-après.
