Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby appoints Patricia Alferez of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Superintendent of Bankruptcy, on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of four months or until such time as a new Superintendent of Bankruptcy is appointed, whichever is earlier, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($154,500 - $181,800), effective January 7, 2008. 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme, sur une base intérimaire Patricia Alferez, d’Ottawa (Ontario), surintendant des faillites, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre mois ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau surintendant des faillites soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités à se présenter, et fixe sa rémunération, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (154 500 $ ‑ 181 800 $), à compter du 7 janvier 2008.
