Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, after consultation with the board of directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Glenna Carr, of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the board of directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective January 2, 2008.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Énergie atomique du Canada, Limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Glenna Carr, de Toronto (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de l’Énergie atomique du Canada, Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 2 janvier 2008.
