Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations and the Dairy Products Regulations pursuant to

 

(a) subsection 30(1) of the Food and Drugs Act; and

(b) section 32 of the Canada Agricultural Products Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les aliments et drogues et le Règlement sur les produits laitiers, ci-après, en vertu :

 

a) du paragraphe 30(1) de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues;

b) de l’article 32 de la Loi sur les produits agricoles au Canada.
