Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby

 

(a) approves that the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities enter into contribution agreements with eligible recipients in respect of the Asia-Pacific Gateway and Corridor Transportation Infrastructure Fund, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexed schedule, effective from the date of this Order to March 31, 2014; and

 

(b) repeals paragraph (a) of Order in Council P.C. 2006-1131 of October 20, 2006.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada,

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) donne son agrément à la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, d’accords de contribution avec les bénéficiaires admissibles dans le cadre du Fonds d’infrastructure de transport de la Porte et du Corridor de l’Asie-Pacifique, selon les conditions précisées à l’annexe ci-jointe, pour la période allant de la date du présent décret au 31 mars 2014;

 

b) abroge l’alinéa a) du décret C.P. 2006-1131 du 20 octobre 2006.
