Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 159(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby fixes the salary of Shari A. Stein, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, for the period she is acting as Deputy Chairperson (Central Region), at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GCQ-5 ($126,200 – $148,500), commencing on August 21, 2007 and until such time as a new Deputy Chairperson (Central Region), is appointed.
