Whereas, pursuant to subsection 27.1(1) of the Citizenship Act, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration has caused a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Citizenship Regulations, 1993 to be laid before each House of Parliament, substantially in the annexed form;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to section 27 of the Citizenship Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Citizenship Regulations, 1993.

Attendu que la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, conformément au paragraphe 27.1(1) de la Loi sur la citoyenneté, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la citoyenneté, 1993, conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant chaque chambre du Parlement,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’article 27 de la

Loi sur la citoyenneté, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la citoyenneté, 1993,

ci-après.
