Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to section 46 of the Yukon Act, hereby approves the relinquishment of the administration and control from the Commissioner of Yukon, to Her Majesty in right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, in perpetuity, of the entire interest in the public real property as described in the attached schedule, which lands shall be under the administration of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et en vertu de l’article 46 de la Loi sur le Yukon, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la renonciation, à perpétuité, par le commissaire du Yukon à Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, représentée par le ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, de la gestion et de la maîtrise de tous ses droits réels sur les biens réels domaniaux désignés à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels biens réels sont confiés à la gestion du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités.
