Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 21.1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance to Kinder Morgan Cochin ULC and to Dome NGL Pipeline Ltd. of the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity OC-52 by the National Energy Board, in accordance with Order AO-5-OC-29, a copy of which is attached to this Order.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée le transfert par l’Office national de l’énergie à Kinder Morgan Cochin ULC et à Dome NGL Pipeline Ltd. du certificat d’utilité publique OC-52, conformément à l’ordonnance AO-5-OC-29 dont une copie est jointe au présent décret.
