Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Daniel D. Veniez of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of Ridley Terminals Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration consists of a per diem within the range ($220 ‑ $260), and an annual retainer within the range ($5,100 ‑ $6,000).
