Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Liseanne Forand of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($173,600 - $204,200), effective January 7, 2008.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l‘emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Liseanne Forand, de Gatineau (Québec), au poste de sous-ministre délégué de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle  (173 600 $ - 204 200 $), à compter du 7 janvier 2008.
