Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints David Bruce Young of Oakville, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Mississauga, for a term of three years.
