Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Natural Resources of Gordon H. Shaw of Victoria, British Columbia, as a director of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Douglas W. Thompson.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l'article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Ressources naturelles de Gordon H. Shaw, de Victoria (Colombie‑Britannique), administrateur de l'Énergie atomique du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Douglas W. Thompson.
