Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Natural Resources of Catherine (Cassie) Doyle of Ottawa, Ontario, as a director of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Peter P. Dhillon.

Notwithstanding Order in Council P.C. 2001-0574 of April 5, 2001 fixing the remuneration payable to Directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, Catherine (Cassie) Doyle will not receive any remuneration while serving in this capacity.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l'article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Ressources naturelles de Catherine (Cassie) Doyle, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur de l'Énergie atomique du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Peter P. Dhillon.

Nonobstant le décret C.P. 2007-0574 du 5 avril 2001 ayant fixé la rémunération payable aux administrateurs d’Énergie atomique du Canada Limitée, Catherine (Cassie) Doyle ne recevra aucune rémunération relativement à l’exercice des présentes fonctions.
