Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 54(4) of the Access to Information Act, hereby fixes the salary of the Honourable John M. Reid, former Information Commissioner, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($196,600 - $231,200) effective April 1, 2006. 

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 54(4) de la Loi sur l’accès à l’information, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, fixe le traitement de l’honorable John M. Reid, ancien Commissaire à l’information, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (196 600 $ ‑ 231 200 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2006.
