Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act, hereby:

 

(a) designates the persons listed in column 1 of Schedule A to this Order as pollution prevention officers, with such powers as set out in column 2 of that schedule; and

 

(b) terminates the designations of the persons listed in Schedule B to this Order.


Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et en vertu du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur la prévention de la pollution des eaux arctiques,

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) désigne les personnes mentionnées à la colonne 1 de l’annexe A ci-jointe à titre de fonctionnaires chargés de la prévention de la pollution et leur confère les pouvoirs visés à la colonne 2 de cette annexe;

 

b) met fin à la désignation des personnes mentionnées à l’annexe ci-jointe.
