Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 59(2) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Crown Corporations Involved in the Provision of Commercial Loans Environmental Assessment Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’alinéa 59 2) de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur l’évaluation environnementale à l’égard des sociétés d’État consentant des prêts commerciaux, ci-après.
