   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 123 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2007, assented to on June 22, 2007, being chapter 29 of the Statutes of Canada, 2007, hereby fixes November 17, 2007 as the day on which subsection 103(2) of that Act comes into force.
