Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister and the Privacy Commissioner, pursuant to sections 56 and 57 of the Privacy Act, hereby appoints Elizabeth Denham of Calgary, Alberta, to be an Assistant Privacy Commissioner to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($126,200 - $148,500), effective November 1, 2007. 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et de la Commissaire à la protection de la vie privée et en vertu des articles 56 et 57 de la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Elizabeth Denham, de Calgary (Alberta), commissaire adjoint à la protection de la vie privée à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (126 200 $ - 148 500 $), à compter du 1^er novembre 2007.
