Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 748(2) of the Criminal Code, hereby grants a conditional pardon to the individual named in the attached schedule, subject to the conditions provided in schedule.
