Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Royal Poulin of Lavigne, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of North Bay, for a term of three years.
