Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, hereby:

 

(a)       pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Judith F. MacPherson of Moncton, New Brunswick, to be a Vice‑Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, on a full‑time basis;

 

(b)       pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($154,500 ‑ $181,800); and

 

(c)        pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Judith F. MacPherson be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

 

effective December 17, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a)              en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et du paragraphe 10(1) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Judith F. MacPherson, de Moncton (Nouveau‑Brunswick), vice‑président du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à temps plein; 

 

b)              en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (154 500 $ - 181 800 $);

 

c)              en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Judith F. MacPherson soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

 

à compter du 17 décembre 2007.
