Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Patrick B. Stogran of Orleans, Ontario, to the position of special adviser to the Minister of Veterans Affairs, as Veterans’ Ombudsman to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 4 ($109,700 ‑ $129,100), effective November 11, 2007.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants et en vertu de l”alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Patrick B. Stogran,  d’Orléans (Ontario), au poste de conseiller spécial du ministre des Anciens Combattants, à titre d’ombudsman des anciens combattants à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (109 700 $ - 129 100 $), à compter du 11 novembre 2007.
