Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 3(2) and paragraph 3(4)(a) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Jacquelin Holzman of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the National Capital Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, in the place of Allison A. Fisher, effective November 15, 2007.   

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) et de l’alinéa 3(4)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Jacquelin Holzman, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire de la Commission de la capitale nationale à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement d’Allison A. Fisher, à compter du 15 novembre 2007.
