Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 52 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance to EnCana Corporation of the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity GC-111 by the National Energy Board, copy of which is attached to this Order.
