Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Carol Ann Arseneault of Happy Valley‑Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Newfoundland and Labrador Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Happy Valley, for a term of three years.
