Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, hereby

 

(a)       pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the National Energy Board Act, designates Gaétan Caron of Calgary, Alberta, a member of the National Energy Board, Chairman of the National Energy Board, for a term ending June 8, 2014;

 

(b)       pursuant to section 3 of the National Energy Board Act, re‑appoints Gaétan Caron, to be a member of the National Energy Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, effective June 9, 2010; and

 

(c)        pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the National Energy Board Act, fixes his remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 9 ($235,000 - $276,500).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil : 

 

a)         en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, désigne Gaétan Caron, de Calgary (Alberta), membre de l’Office national de l’énergie, président de l’Office national de l’énergie, pour un mandat se terminant le 8 juin 2014;

 

b)         en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, renouvelle le mandat de Gaétan Caron, membre de l’Office national de l’énergie à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 9 juin 2010;

 

c)         en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 9 (235 000 $ ‑ 276 500 $).
