Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as auditor of Parc Downsview Park Inc. for the year 2007‑2008.
