Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 2, 2007‑2008, hereby appoints Patrick Binns as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Ireland and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($120,600 ‑ $141,900).

et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (120 600 $ - 141 900 $).
