Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 50(2) of the Parliament of Canada Act, hereby:

 

(a)  revokes Order in Council P.C. 2007-11 of January 4, 2007; and

 

(b)  appoints the Honourable Peter Van Loan and the Honourable Robert Douglas Nicholson, members of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be members of the Board of Internal Economy of the House of Commons. 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 50(2) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a)  abroge le décret C.P. 2007-11 du 4 janvier 2007;

 

b)  nomme l’honorable Peter Van Loan et l’honorable Robert Douglas Nicholson, membres du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, à titre de membres du Bureau de régie interne de la Chambre des communes.
