Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Dwight Rudderham of Sydney, Nova Scotia, as a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Arthur Robert Sampson, effective December 6, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Dwight Rudderham, de Sydney (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Arthur Robert Sampson, à compter du 6 décembre 2007.
