Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act, hereby appoints Gilles Martin of Rivière‑Ouelle, Quebec, to be a member of the Canadian Dairy Commission to hold office during pleasure, on a part‑time basis, for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of per diem within the range ($275 ‑ $325) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,600 ‑ $4,200).  

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du lait, Son Excellence la Gouverneure  générale en conseil nomme Gilles Martin, de Rivière‑Ouelle (Québec), commissaire de la Commission canadienne du lait à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à temps partiel, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle  (275 $ - 325 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 600 $ ‑ 4 200 $).
