Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, after consultation with the board of directors of the Canadian Dairy Commission, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act, hereby appoints Randy W. Williamson of Surrey, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Dairy Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, on a part-time basis, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the attached schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($275 ‑ $325) and an annual retainer within the range ($7,100 ‑ $8,400).

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Commission canadienne du lait, et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du lait, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Randy W. Williamson, de Surrey (Colombie‑Britannique), président de la Commission canadienne du lait à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à temps partiel, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (275 $ ‑ 325 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (7 100 $ ‑ 8 400 $).
