Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Richard W. Johnston of Nanaimo, British Columbia, to be a director of the Nanaimo Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.
