Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Peggy A. Coady of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, effective December 6, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Transports de Peggy A. Coady, de St. John’s (Terre‑Neuve‑et‑Labrador), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 6 décembre 2007.
