Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, hereby appoints John James Bowman of Burnaby, British Columbia, to be a full‑time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years and fixes his conditions of employment as set out in the schedule hereto, effective November 1, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil nomme John James Bowman, de Burnaby (Colombie-Britannique), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, et fixe ses autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 1^er novembre 2007.
